Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@elevarecareer.com before work on your deliverables has been completed and sent.

2. Before Delivery

If you request a refund before your deliverables have been completed, you will receive a full refund minus payment processing fees (approximately 3-5% charged by Stripe).

3. After Delivery

Once deliverables have been sent, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the work does not meet the scope described in your purchased service tier, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a revision or partial refund.

4. Revisions vs. Refunds

We encourage using your included free revision before requesting a refund. Many concerns can be addressed through the revision process. One free revision is included with every service tier.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for: services where all deliverables have been provided and accepted, requests made more than 14 days after purchase, or situations where the client provided inaccurate information that affected the deliverables.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@elevarecareer.com with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will respond within 48 hours.
