1. Services
Elevare Careers ("Elevare," "we," "us") provides strategic career design services including CV optimization, LinkedIn profile optimization, career strategy development, career repositioning, and executive career advisory. All services are delivered digitally.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Service Delivery
Services are delivered within the timeframes specified for each tier: Global Profile Optimization (72 hours), Career Strategy & Development (72 hours), Career Repositioning (72 hours), and Executive Career Strategy (priority delivery). Delivery timelines begin after payment confirmation and receipt of all required materials from the client.
4. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are one-time payments. No recurring subscriptions are created. Payment is required before work begins.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, truthful information about their professional experience, qualifications, and career history. Elevare will never fabricate, invent, or exaggerate any information in client deliverables. We optimize strategic positioning and narrative alignment only.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all deliverables created for them. Elevare retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable data for internal analysis and service improvement.
7. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential. We do not share, sell, or distribute client data to third parties except as required for service delivery (e.g., payment processing through Stripe).
8. Revisions
One free revision is included with every service. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Additional revisions may be arranged at an additional cost.
9. Limitation of Liability
Elevare provides strategic career positioning services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, interviews, or salary increases. Our services are designed to optimize professional positioning and career strategy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international commerce laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing other legal remedies.
